So let's start off with this sweet picture. This was actually last weekend...Tinkerbell Madelyn B. (she likes to be refered to as Madelyn B. as she is in school) giving her "best friend" Joshua a kiss. Yes, she does tell Joshua all the time now that he is her best friend. Awwwwww....
So last Monday, we had some nasty storms roll through. Lucky for us, we just got a lot of lightning, not too much else. But at one point, around sunset, the sky got very pretty. This is during the storm, but we obviously were at the edge --- you can see to the north it was clearing up. The camera didn't do this image justice. But it was beautiful! A nice reminder from God that even in the mist of a storm, there is beauty within. :)
Next we have big sister Madelyn helping brother Joshua get dressed. She loves to help out!! Too bad she wasn't like this when he was an infant and could have used the help. LOL
So this weekend, we set up the choo-choo train that Santa brought to Joshy last Christmas. At the time, he didn't want much to do with it, but Madelyn sure liked it. To be honest, we packed it up and put in the garage and kinda forgot about it. Out of the blue Madelyn asked for it. So we pulled it out, put away the slide (the jumper toy got a hole in it last weekend, so that is outta here) and put the train back up. We like to rotate the larger toys due to space issues. LOL As you can tell by Joshy's expression, he was in pure Heaven! The boy sure loves his choo-choo trains!
Here is Madelyn paitently (ok as paitently as a 3 year can be) waiting for her turn. Don't ask about the face she is making...she has decided that is now the in face for all pictures. LOL Silly girl!!!
And here she is finally getting her turn!!
And really, not to make this all about Madelyn since it technically is Joshy's train, here is Princess Belle B. on the train (she insisted she is Belle B here...lol)
And here is the last picture have to share from this week (but one of my favorites!)....both of my babies on the choo choo train (yes it only supposed to hold 45 pounds and their combined weight is much more than that! poor train was chugging along.....)
Hugs and kisses until next time.....
